Introduced at Technosphere 2001, the state conference, Virginia's Fighting Cardinal Pin was sold out during Nationals.

The Pin depicts the state bird, the Cardinal, in a "fighting cardnial" position. The redish-orange bird wears a white shirt with the TSA logo on the front. Below the birds feet is "Virginia TSA."

The pin was designed by Matt Lust, 2000-2001 Virginia TSA Vice-President, with assistance from various executive council members.
